Return and Exchange Policy
You can return the services you have purchased through the yogamola.co website within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase.
The invoice of the service to be refunded or all copies/pdf files of the receipt sent to Iban No: Selim Wide 35 0006 2000 5350 0006 6267 84, along with all the copies/pdf files of Yoga Mola, Şirinyalı Mahallesi, İsmet Gökşen Caddesi, Veli Sulu 2 Apartment No:107/ D.4 If it is not sent to Muratpaşa-Antalya address, it cannot be returned.
Except for the refund options listed below, memberships are non-refundable.
Memberships cannot be used or transferred by anyone other than the purchaser of the service.
Yoga Mola reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of membership.
Return Options
You can make your return by choosing one of the following options;
Refund: You can return your purchased service within 14 (fourteen) days from the payment date. If you send the documents related to the payment to the above-mentioned address, the service fee will be transferred to your credit card or bank account. Refunds are not possible if you have used the service for a certain period of time.
Changing with another subscription package: You can replace the service you have purchased with another service that corresponds to your current package during the subscription period. This change request can be evaluated as of the date you submit it to Yoga Mola, and can be approved if the quota of the programs is available. Otherwise, you must continue to use your current service. No refund will be requested for this reason.
