200-Hour Yoga Specialization Program - Winter Term 2024/2025

Program Content;

• Deepening and transforming yoga practice,

• Creating a creative and simple lesson base by planning the Yoga Session flow,

• Rediscovering our own body by learning Anatomy and developing awareness in your relationship with the body,

• Learning Yoga Teaching Techniques, Yoga Terminology and Teaching Art,

• To learn about the variations to be applied on different anatomies by detailing yoga poses with Asana Analysis,

• You have the opportunity to experience being in your own center by learning Breathing and Meditation techniques.

All meetings with Studio + Live Broadcast participation alternatives will be held between 10:30-18:30 at Yoga Mola and simultaneously via zoom.

Participation Conditions;

1. The program will be opened with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 20 people. STUDIO + LIVE BROADCAST You have the opportunity to participate via the Zoom program.

2. The program fee includes 6 weekends and 1 retreat meeting, program booklet and side reading materials.

3. Retreat accommodation and transfer fee . Information about the location of the retreat will be announced later.are NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM FEE

4. During specialization, you are required to attend a certain number of yoga and meditation sessions, excluding specialization periods. These sessions you should attend should be sessions within the yoga break. For these sessions, apart from the specialization program, you need to buy the membership package or follow our free sessions and join them. For this purpose, a special 25% discount code will be sent to you after you register to the specialization program.
