200-Hour Yoga Specialization Program - Winter Semester 2023/2024

Program Content;

• Deepening and transforming the practice of yoga,
• Creating a creative and simple lesson base by planning the Yoga Session flow,
• To rediscover our own body by learning Anatomy and to develop awareness in your relationship with the body,
• To learn Yoga Teaching Techniques and Yoga Terminology and the Art of Teaching,
• Gaining information on the variations to be applied on different anatomies by detailing yoga poses with Asana Analysis,
• You have the opportunity to experience being in your own center by learning Breathing and Meditation techniques.

2. Meeting 23-24 December

7. Meeting: 5-9 June (Tenth Village, Adrasan)

All meetings with Studio + Online participation alternatives will be held between 10:30-18:30 at Yoga Mola and simultaneously via Zoom.

Conditions of Participation;

1. The program will be opened with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 20 people. You have the chance to participate through the STUDIO + ONLINE Zoom program.
2. The program fee includes the program fee, which consists of 6 weekends and 1 retreat meeting, the program booklet and side reading materials.
3. Retreat accommodation and transfer fee,NOT INCLUDED IN THE PROGRAM FEES. Information about the place where the retreat will take place will be announced later.
